Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Authors are requested to submit abstracts and papers addressing all aspects of superconductivity.
  • Please do not email or fax abstracts.  Abstracts must be submitted online via the M2S 2012 abstract submission site.
  • Authors must submit abstracts by selecting a submission category (see above).
  • Character restrictions are as follows:
       - Title: 300 characters
       - Abstract Content/Body: 1500 characters
       - Acknowledgment/References: 300 characters
  • Authors must enter (e.g. copy/paste) abstracts directly to the M2S 2012 abstract submission site.
  • Some allowance for symbol fonts and some formatting will be provided. 
  • Please substitute symbols with text (write out the symbol, e.g. "mu" for the Greek letter Mμ).
  • Images and graphics will not be accepted.
  • Co-authors must be entered as separate data fields. Co-author information required to provide will be: First & Last Name, Affiliation, City, State/Province (if applies), Country, Email.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of any submitted information. 
  • Opportunities to edit abstracts prior to the deadline are integrated with the abstract submission site. 
  • Abstracts must be submitted by 11:59 PM, EST, Friday, March 2, 2012.  Late submissions will only be accepted at the discretion of the Program Chairmen.
  • Notice of acceptance for inclusion in the M2S 2012 technical program will be sent electronically early April, 2012.
